Minimum Order The minimum order value is $15.00, excluding postage costs. Orders Under the $15.00 minimum will not be processed. Postage is a flat rate of $8.00 per order.
Pricing All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST where applicable. Postage and handling is additional and will be added to you order before checkout. Prices may change at anytime without prior notice and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. We aim to keep prices as low as possible.
Out of Stock Items We make every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products at all times. On occasions, some items in our store may be temporarily unavailable. If the item is expected into our stock within 3-4 working days, your order will be held over and you will be notified by email. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 4 working days, your order will be sent as is. If paying by Credit Card you will only be charged for the items being sent. If you would like us to substitue any out of stock item or advise of "Sold Out" items prior to shipping, please add comments to the order during checkout. NB: We will NOT backorder unavailable items that fall under $5.00. If large items are unavailable we will backorder them for a short period of time only. If payment has been made by bank transfer a credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Voucher.
Payment Options There are 2 ways to pay for you order from Just Scrap and Stamp.
CREDIT CARD We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We provide a secure online shopping service using SSL encryption, giving you one of the most secure online payment methods available. Alternatively you can phone, mail or email us your credit card details. If you choose to phone/mail/email us your credit card details please select the "pick up from store" option when completing your order.
DIRECT DEPOSIT We accept payment directly into our Bank Account. You can either pay via Net Banking or at any Commonwealth Bank Branch near you. If you choose to use this method of payment, please select this option when completing your order, and we will then email you all the required information that you need to make the deposit. NB: Order will not be sent until money has been cleared in our bank Account, it can take up to 2 working days to clear.
